The project will follow an integrated sustainable township approach and is conceptualized and developed with a vision to create a positive ecosystem for the neighborhood and the community.
The association of New Haven, Bengaluru with nature begins with the master design layout itself, where the network of buildings is reminiscent of inter-connected staggering organic tree branches. In elevation view, the towers gives a stepped terraced formation, recalls the European medieval town.
The parent company Tata Housing has already established its presence in Bengaluru and some of its noteworthy projects are Xylem – Bengaluru’s first LEED certified IT park, Aquila Heights -Bangalore’s tallest residential address and The Promont – hilltop luxury residences.
