Hailing from an established entrepreneur family of Mumbai, Mr. Bubber joined the business immediately after completing B. Com from Sydenham College. The family business of steel manufacturing & supply, textile and yarn was handed over to him for expansion. He led the construction of factories in multiple locations and gradually established himself as a reputed project manager over the years.

A real estate development firm Entertainment India Private Limited (EIPL) hired him as a consultant and a member of its Board of Directors.

EIPL was rechristened as CCI Projects Pvt Ltd (CCP) and chose Harjith to head its mega project Rivali Park.
