The Property Times Relaunches Bi-monthly E-magazine for India’s Expanding Real Estate and Infrastructure Economy

The publication will connect policy, projects, investment, regulation, urban development and consumer interests through dependable sector intelligence

Bengaluru, October 2026: The Property Times has announced the relaunch of its bi-monthly e-magazine with the October–November issue, creating a renewed knowledge platform for India’s real estate, property and infrastructure community.

Indian real estate is entering a period of structural change. Urbanisation, infrastructure investment, housing demand, redevelopment, flexible workspaces, logistics facilities, data centres, senior living, hospitality-linked developments and new financing models are reshaping the market. At the same time, affordability, project completion, regulatory compliance, land availability, construction costs, sustainability and consumer confidence remain critical concerns.

Against this background, accurate and timely information is indispensable. Project announcements alone cannot provide a complete understanding of the sector. Developers, investors, buyers and policymakers require context: the regulatory environment, market demand, financing conditions, location economics, infrastructure connectivity and long-term viability of development.

The renewed Property Times will cover residential and commercial real estate, large and ambitious projects, integrated townships, gated communities, office markets, warehousing, industrial parks, urban infrastructure, construction technology, housing finance, property regulation, rental housing and sustainable development.

Each issue will examine what is changing, why it matters and what it means for developers, investors, consumers, professionals and cities. The publication will also draw attention to policy bottlenecks that require intervention from central and state governments, regulators, local authorities and industry leaders.

Its readership includes developers, builders, architects, planners, consultants, financial institutions, investors, property professionals, policymakers, construction companies, technology providers and informed homebuyers.

Published by Corporate Comm India and edited by Khazi Altaf Hussain, the e-magazine will carry project spotlights, analytical features, interviews, market intelligence, investment perspectives, regulatory commentary and emerging business themes.

The publication is founded upon the belief that real estate decisions involve substantial capital and long-term consequences; they must therefore be supported by credible information rather than publicity alone.

The e-magazine will appear once every two months and will be accessible on mobile phones, tablets and desktops. The annual subscription is ₹990 for six bi-monthly issues.

Editorial coverage will remain merit-based. Clearly identified commercial opportunities will also be available for project profiles, sponsored interviews, corporate features, leadership spotlights and long-term partnerships.
