Smart Value Homes Limited forays into Bengaluru

Smart Value Homes Limited (SVHL), 100% subsidiary of Tata Housing Development Company Limited, India’s fastest growing pan-India real estate developer today announced its foray into Bengaluru with the launch of its landmark affordable housing brand – New Haven, which is aimed to be the first green township, Off. New Haven, Bengaluru is the fourth project of Smart Value Homes under the brand name. The first New Haven was unveiled in Boisar and later at Vasind (both near Mumbai, Maharashtra) and early this year in Ahmedabad.
