New Delhi, December 29, 2023 : Ayushi Ashar represents the second generation of Ashar Family. She joined the business in 2018 after earning her Bachelor’s in Business Administration in Finance from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School in Atlanta, United States. Her quest for knowledge led her to pursue multiple opportunities in US, starting from Real Estate Portfolio Management at JP Morgan Chase in New York City, to a Private Equity and Venture Capital Fund in Atlanta. Finally she returned to Mumbai in 2018 as wanted add value to Ashar’s expanding portfolio through various new real estate ventures and acquisition. In a shorts span, she has established a solid reputation for herself in the industry credit to long-term perspective dedication to deadline strong work ethic, youthful vigour and prudent financial acumen.
Ayushi leads business development, sales, marketing and design strategy at Ashar Group and is driven by a leadership philosophy that emulates creative collaboration, analytical thinking, quick decision making and perseverance to yielding consistent results. She fervently believes that a company must create value for all stakeholders involved including employee, customers, contractors and financial partners among others.
In the past 4 years, she has been pivotal in taking the organisation on a 3x growth curve with 8-mega launches and 3000+ unit sold. Under her leadership. Ashar Group has recorded sales of over 400 units in 60 days in their latest launches in Kalwa and Thane and has expanded its portfolio across MMR in the mid-income and ultra luxury residential and commercial segment. As the Group Director, she is also in charge of digitalisation, customer experience and driving new initiatives from concept to excitation. She is an active participation in all stage of development including feasibility assessment, negotiation, product planning, pricing strategy and cash flow management.
She is also a part of the managing committee of CREDAI-MCHI for the year 2023 – 2025 and CREDAI-MCHI youth wing. Along with being a strong proponent of a millennial-friendly and gender-neutral workplace culture. In addition, she is an influential thinker who favours social work in the field of sustainability, urban planning, education and healthcare. Since collage, Ayushi is immersed in the entrepreneurial and start-up ecosystem and continues to pursue opportunity in the angel investing space. She has a passion for art and is trained in Kathak, and Indian classical dance form, for 12 years.
