New Delhi, October 26, 2016: Commencement of marcus evans Smart Cities conference took place yesterday at the Grand Hyatt Incheon, Korea. The opening address by Dirk Van Brederode, Programme Manager, Smart City, The Hague, The Netherlands aptly welcomed a host of domestic and international delegates to the event.
