BANGALORE, MAY 23, 2014:
Consistent positive cash flow has helped Sobha Developers’ to maintain last year’s profit levels. It posted flat growth (1 per cent) in profits to Rs.70.2 crore for Q4 of 2013-14 compared with Rs.69.6 crore recorded in the same period last year. However, total income has also gone up 6.81 per cent to Rs.626.7 crore (Rs.586.7 crore). EPS for Q4 stood at Rs.7.16 compared with Rs.7.10 last year. The board has recommended a dividend of Rs.7 a share. For the whole year, profits were 8.19 per cent higher at Rs.235 crore (Rs. 217.2 crore).
