New Delhi, May 11, 2018: The English climate has certainly provided plenty to talk about so far this year. After the ‘Beast from the East,’ April’s mini heatwave was a welcome relief. Figures from the Spanish Registrar’s Association show that expat demand is doing much to bolster the Spanish property market. There were more than 110,000 sales during the last three months of 2017 – the highest number for that period for three years. Of those, 2,384 were home purchases made by Brits. Over the course of the full year, British buyers purchased 9,114 Spanish properties.
