Bangalore, October 11, 2017: The Bangalore-based project management and engineering services major Synergy Property Development Services, is at the cusp of an aggressive growth plan across its portfolio of projects in India and abroad. The company which has so far delivered over 120 million sq. ft. of projects, and has plans of developing over 180 million sq. ft. by the end of FY 2020 across various asset classes, to fuel its ambition to be an INR 700 Crore company. As the company enters into its 15th year of operations next year, it further aims to grow its portfolio of projects across all its asset classes, which includes commercial, hospital, retail, hotels, data center, mixed use, residential, institution and industrial.
