Pilot searches using this new feature demonstrated that the search time dropped by half, allowing users to budget more time for visits and negotiations.
The high visual orientation of the PropTiger heat map is based on price variations on properties and helps to easily filter out locations and properties that fit into the budget of a customer. Apart from the price, the heatmap is also based on the possession date of the property and thus helps user looking at early possession or ready to move in properties from the new launch properties.
Another intuitive feature in this release is the neighbourhood explorer which can be used to preview neighbourhood amenities relative to a property or to a locality. The neighbourhood explorer helps map out all parameters that are important in helping the user make a decision on his property purchase.
