Speaking about the project, Mr Naiknavare said the Esmeralda-Phase II project was located on the Kadamba Plateau near Panaji and was spread across ten acres. It had residences of all sizes on offer: studio, two and three BHK apartments and NA developed sub-divided plots, he said, adding the project was a mix of residential, commercial and plotted development with world class amenities, which would prevent residents from travelling far and wide for their daily routine and leisure activities.
