The Malkani Group houses three companies namely Malkani Constructions, Malkani Developers and Kamakshi Impex. Malkani Constructions has been in the real estate business for almost two decades. Customer satisfaction has been a driving force for the company and has inspired them to come up with several projects over the years.
Malkani Developers, another firm floated under the Malkani Group banner was established in 1996 for real estate development. In the 15 years period, the company has successfully completed a number of construction projects. Their major projects include a commercial-cum-residential project Amol Sagar Estates in Bhawani Peth, a residential project called Bella Vista and a another commercial -cum -residential project called Buena Vista in the posh locality of Viman Nagar. Their current project called Buena Vida is a joint venture with Sky Developers and is all set to be a landmark project in Kharadi.
