Knight Frank appoints Chris Davis as new Group CFO

New Delhi, September 03, 2026: London, UK – Global property consultancy Knight Frank has appointed Chris Davis as Group Chief Financial Officer and newest member of the Group Executive Board, effective from 1 September.

Chris brings over 24 years of international leadership experience to the role of Group CFO, including multiple CFO appointments, board roles and a decade as an equity Partner. Having previously served as Knight Frank’s Interim Group CFO and as a member of the Group Executive Board, Chris has demonstrated the strategic, commercial and people leadership skills needed to help deliver the firm’s next phase of growth.

In his new position, which followed a competitive selection process, Chris will be responsible for leading the firm’s global finance function to drive continued profitable growth and deliver value across the firm.

Prior to his role as Knight Frank’s Interim Group CFO, Chris held CFO positions at Marlet Property Group and G.Network, amongst others, in addition to serving as Chief Restructuring Officer and Board Director at Hilding Anders. During his time as equity Partner at both AlixPartners and THM Partners, Chris demonstrated his collaborative and entrepreneurial approach to leadership.

Chris will begin a transitional period ahead of formally assuming the role. This will support an orderly handover and enable him to work closely with colleagues across the Partnership on the continued delivery of Knight Frank’s long-term global strategy.
