New Delhi, August 14, 2017: Realty firm Gulshan Homz, which has been into development of residential projects in Delhi/NCR, will invest ₹400 Crores to develop two of its projects Gulshan Bellina in Greater Noida West and Gulshan Botnia in Sector – 144 along the Noida Expressway.
The company had recently launched Gulshan Botnia on Noida Expressway, which will have a total number of 768 units divided in 12 towers with state of the art modern amenities. The houses will be in the price range of ₹48.00 lakhs on wards.
The earlier launched Gulshan Bellina will have a total number of 1124 units divided in 13 towers. The houses in this project will be in the price range of ₹37.00 lakhs on wards. The two projects are spread across an area of 7.01 Acres (Gulshan Bellina) and 5.31 Acres (Gulshan Botnia) respectively and will cumulatively house a total of 1892 units.
“All investments of the current phase would be met through internal accruals, customer advances & financial institutions and is aimed at boosting deliveries. The market is sure to gain momentum post RERA and GST as sentiments are at an all time high amongest buyers. Both the projects are RERA compliant and all necessary approvals are well in place”, said Deepak Kapoor, Director, Gulshan Homz and President, CREDAI – Western UP.
The company is going strong by each passing day and has been carefully investing money and stresses on timely construction & delivery which helps the group to sell their projects quite easily. Gulshan Homz has projects in Ghaziabad, Noida and Greater Noida West by the names of Gulshan Vivante, Gulshan Bellina, Gulshan Botnia, Gulshan Ikebana, Emerald Heights etc., across which it has delivered over 4500 units or roughly 4.3 million sq ft in the last four years and are currently developing approximately 1900 units summing up to around 3.9 million sq. ft. in the Noida Region.
The company plans to deliver Gulshan Bellina by December 2019 and Gulshan Botnia by June 2020 as committed to their customers, added Kapoor.
