The Mumbai-based real estate developer has launched Godrej Infinity, its township project, in Keshavnagar, Pune
Mumbai, 25 Mar, 2015: Godrej Properties Ltd. (GPL) (BSE scrip id: GODREJPRP), the real estate development arm of the Godrej Group, today announced the launch of its township project, Godrej Infinity, in Pune. Spread across 43 acres, with a total saleable area of approximately 3.2 million sq. ft. (3 lakh sq.m), the project is located in Keshavnagar.
Godrej Infinity is strategically located and offers excellent connectivity to the airport, Pune railway station, Nagar Road, Solapur Highway (NH-9), IT hubs and the city center. It is also in close proximity to major urban areas like Koregaon Park and Kalyani Nagar.
The first phase of the project comprises of a total saleable area of approximately 120,000 sq. m (1.28 million sq. ft.) and will consist of residential towers ranging from 17 to 22 stories. Customers will have multiple options to choose from 1BHK, 2BHK, and 3BHK apartments ranging from 62.2 sq. m. to 144 sq. m. (670 sq. ft. to 1550 sq. ft.).
Godrej Infinity is a township designed for a community that is global in its outlook. Neighborhood planning, town squares, riverside promenades and pedestrian plazas are all planned to enhance the quality of life within the development. Godrej Infinity is a joint development project, being developed by Godrej Properties in partnership with Oxford Group and Ekta World.
