The Mumbai based real estate developer enters into a joint venture partnership to develop a residential project in Bengaluru
Godrej Properties (BSE: GODREJPRP), the real estate development arm of the Godrej Group, has entered into a partnership to develop a residential project on the Doddaballapur Yelahanka main road in North Bengaluru. The proposed project will offer approximately 69,800 square metres (0.75 million sq. ft.) of saleable area and
will be developed as a modern residential development.
Yelahanka is well connected to the airport and key commercial catchments of CBD and Hebbal. The location benefits from a well-developed social and physical infrastructure making it a self-sustaining cluster.
As with most Godrej Properties’ projects, this project will be developed under a profit sharing model.
