New Delhi, January 31, 2019: As Chief Investment Officer, Ankur looks after the Real Estate Investment Fund that PropTiger has created for the Real Estate sector. He has played an instrumental role to help the core Transaction Business of the company reach greater heights. He has built the Resale Business and Data Labs business at PropTiger from scratch and has led the Home Loans business as well.
Ankur has close to 14 years of experience with deep insights and knowledge of business strategy, business development, scaling up operations, strategic initiatives and sales. He has been part of dynamic companies like Pine Labs Pvt. Ltd., The Boston Consulting Group, and Mentor Graphics. Prior to this role, he was part of the Pine Labs Pvt. Ltd. senior management team as Vice President, Business Development and Strategic Initiatives, and had the added responsibility of defining the business model for Retail Promotions.
Ankur has pursued B.Tech, Computer Science from IIT (BHU) and PGP from IIM (Bangalore) with specialization in Strategy. He has been awarded as one amongst the “Most Influential 25 E-commerce Professionals of India” by CMO Asia in 2016. His views on the real estate sector have widely been featured on several industry and media platforms. When not engaged with work, Ankur loves to catch up on reading and travel.
