The need of the hour is spreading awareness about the benefits of this scheme, so as to bring a transformational change in the society.” In spite of good income and affordability, most of the aspirant home buyers are facing tough time in getting home loans due to lack of proper income documents. ‘Swaraj Home Loans’ provides freedom from strict income documents and Indian nationals, with few basic identity documents like Aadhaar Card & PAN Card are eligible to apply. The entire documentation process is kept simple to mitigate the pain of aspirant home buyers. The housing finance company has already successfully hosted the builders meet in Bangalore, Hyderabad and Pune.
