Bangalore, March 12, 2018: Several developers across Bengaluru participated in the CREDAI Property Expo 2018 at Kalyani Kala Mandir here today. The first day of the Expo offered a platform for home buyers to peruse through all property options that showcase the high standards of CREDAI. Home buyers came in huge numbers to the first day of the Expo with participation from over 22 plus developers and 5 financial institutions. As home buyers reposed their faith in the Real Estate sector, a few developers even saw bookings, giving the CREDAI Expo a positive start post the implementation of RERA and GST.
Speaking at the inauguration, Mr. K K Malpani, Founder Member, CREDAI Bengaluru said, “Real estate is growing immensely in Bengaluru for the last couple of decades. Developers from across other cities have also started foraying into Bangalore to establish their presence due to the huge demand here. This is a single platform that brings together prospective buyers, builders with properties and financial institutions. Speaking on the Expo, Mr. Adarsh Narahari Secretary CREDAI Benagluru says, “This is the first Expo by CREDAI – Bengaluru this year, which will give the home buyers access to details on properties spread across Bangalore. Over the years, these Expos have grown in popularity and there is a huge demand for it. The participation this year has been phenomenal, with over 100 developers across Karnataka participating in the Expo.”
Mr. Bimal Hegde, Chairman, CREDAI-Bengaluru Expo Committee added, “We have always wanted to provide home buyers with good choice of quality properties. Our Expos have always got great response, buyers are now prospective and are actively looking to buy and this is the perfect time and place.”
