CREDAI to host special conclave in Pune;addresses challenges and prospects inIndian Real Estate

Pune, September 26, 2019: Mr Satish Magar, President Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India (CREDAI) National, has called for a special conclave in Pune starting September 26, 2019, as a precursor to CREDAI’s 20-year anniversary, come 2020, and in view of the current economic scenario of the Indian sub-continent.The theme of the conclave is focused on a pledge for a sustainable India, holding firm on four core areas: Skilling, city greening, water conservation and membership expansion for 2019 – 2021. The conclave will also aim to understand the current challenges being faced by the real estate sector, in an organised format. CREDAI National has extended the invitation for the conclave to member Presidents and Secretaries across the country.

Mr Satish Magar, President CREDAI National said, “With the current economic slowdown, it is pivotal that the real estate sector comes together to understand and address the challenges being faced by the industry. The conclave will also focus on core areas and setting of certain norms and processes on how to successfully achieve them. With CREDAI turning 20 next year, we aim to work towards the growth of our industry and sustainable India.”

The 2-day conclave will see representations from 203 cities and 21 states, with each state chapter exhibiting the accomplishments made so far and deliberate on state-specific issues and their expectations from CREDAI.CREDAI will also set targets for the next 2 years and release new processes and guidelines for the state chapters to achieve the targets on the key focus areas.
