Bhumika Group launches its second commercial project in Rajasthan

New Delhi, August 15, 2019: Real estate developer Bhumika group is developing a commercial project – Urban Square Galleria worth Rs 50 crore at Alwar in Rajasthan. The project would spread across 1 lac sqft area and comprises retail shops, food court, restaurants, multiplex and entertainment zone. The group has already started the construction of the project. The location of the mall near Telco Circle in Alwar is considered as the most desirable because of the nearby residential development and upcoming new projects. Bhumika Group has joined hands with Trehan Group, who is the joint venture partner for this project.

Managing Director of Bhumika Group, Uddhav Poddar said, “We are developing our first real estate project in Alwar and second in Rajasthan. The mall will be built over an area of 1 lac sqft and many well-known brands will be here to fulfil the need of people. With the growing Infrastructure and connectivity, real estate sector is witnessing a good demand in Alwar. Also, the project is near to the many residential societies, college, Industrial area, Stadium; therefore the need for retail and shopping is ever increasing.

According to the company, construction of the project has already begun and is expected to be delivered by 2022. The project will have 4 screen multiplex, food court (Urban Chowpatty), Haat Bazaar (also known as Janpath Alwar), retail shops, restaurants and activity zone for kids.

Bhumika group is also developing Urban Square in Udaipur which is the largest mall of Rajasthan. The construction of the 1st phase of the project is in full swing. Urban square Udaiour has a 5star hotel with 200 keys for which Holiday Inn has been roped in. Some of the other brands which have been signed are Marks & Spencer, Inox, Shoppers Stop, F Bar, Sketchers, Aeropostale, US Polo etc.

Bhumika Group is planning to develop more commercial projects in Rajasthan, Haryana and the national capital market.

The company has active participation at the social front. Recently, the group has renovated classes and toilet for girls in a primary school of Udaipur, Rajasthan.
