Young and driven by a rare passion, Kranti Kiran and Ravi Kiran come from a family with a rich Real Estate legacy and experience of over 30 years in building homes. They have delivered 28,000 homes covering more than 100 million sft. With building quality homes in their DNA, they were committed to build a professional and dynamic company. They founded Ardente Realtors to realise this shared dream of theirs.
Both the founding brothers completed their higher education in the US and had the opportunity to get a ringside view of frontline Real Estate industry of international repute. With a spirit to develop high-end living communities with quality homes and ensure impeccable customer service to clients in buying their homes, the co-founders have come together with a Rich Residential and Commercial Real Estate experience from their previous endeavors to build Ardente Realtors.
While drawing a rich and invaluable experience from their parent flagship, Janapriya, a brand that is a household name in erstwhile Andhra Pradesh, now Telangana and Seemandhra and a `Gurukul’ where they learnt the basics block by block, Kranti and Ravi have a unique vision of the future where high-end technology gives Ardente an edge over other real estate players.
