Aparna to invest Rs 450 crore in Hyderabad residential project

Hyderabad, June 26, 2021: Hyderabad-based Aparna Constructions and Estates is investing Rs 450 crore into its Aparna Kanopy Yellow Bells project, a residential gated community located in Kompally.

Aparna Kanopy Yellow Bells marks the 59th residential project of the company. Apart from the current project, the company is planning to launch six more residential projects across Hyderabad and Bengaluru in the current fiscal.

In addition to high rise apartments, Aparna Constructions will also be launching two plotted layouts and three commercial projects this year.

The newly launched Aparna Kanopy Yellow Bells is built on 10.5 acres land and comprises 1,050 vaastu-compliant apartments spread across ten 15-storey towers. The project comprises 2 BHK and 3 BHK apartments ranging from 1,294 to 1,911 sq ft. The gated community will also include a 44,500 sq ft club house with modern amenities and sports facilities. The project will be tentatively ready by March 2025 according to the reports published in telanganatoday.com.

Rakesh Reddy, director, Aparna Constructions & Estates, said, “In the next five years, we are looking to build approximately 60 million square feet of projects. Our residential portfolio stands strong at 59 projects, and we want to strengthen it further. We also want to fortify our presence in the commercial segment in the coming years, especially in Tier II and Tier III locations in Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka.”
