The company was awarded the runner-up title under ‘Project of the year’ category for project management and execution of its Amantra project. Project Management Institute (PMI) India is one of the world’s largest not-for-profit membership associations for the project management profession. It has been administering these awards in India since 2009 to honor excellence in the project management profession. Tata Housing competed with over 100 projects including those by industry majors like TCS, NTPC, Aditya Birla Group, IOC, Essar Projects, Reliance Industries and CBRE, defeating 12 finalists to win the award.
