In fact, the survey has cemented our conviction to come out with more such projects which are meant for the end user and are within their reach. Affordable housing is a mission for not only the government but for us as well. The survey also shows that we understand the dynamics of the markets and the expectations of the buyers. We are happy that we have been able to live up to the expectations of the people. Real estate works on trust factor as buyers entrust their faith in a developer by giving him the hard earned money. It is heartening  that  the survey has attested that we have been able to earn the trust and respect of buyers with our product and delivery. We will continue to live up to that”.
