GKW enters into a deal with Mahindra Lifespace Developers to develop 37 acre land in Bhandup

Mumbai, November 11, 2024: In a strategic expansion of its real estate business portfolio, GKW, an integrated warehousing and logistics solutions player has entered into a joint development agreement with Anthurium Developers, a wholly owned subsidiary of Mahindra Lifespace Developers, for the development of its 37 acre land parcel in Bhandup, Mumbai. This land parcel offers a development potential of approximately 3.6 million square feet.

The project will be one of Mumbai’s largest urban mixed-use developments, primarily focused on the residential segment, along with supporting commercial and retail components.

Situated in Bhandup, one of Mumbai’s most dynamic real estate suburbs, the location offers excellent connectivity to commercial hubs. It has easy access to the rest of the city via the Jogeshwari-Vikhroli Link Road, the Eastern Express Highway, as well as train and metro connectivity.

Anarock Capital facilitated the deal, and Khaitan & Co acted as the legal advisor.
