Thane, January 31, 2018: The 17th Real Estate and Housing Finance Expo to be held in the city between February 08 and 11, 2018.
President of the CREDAI-MCHI, Thane Chapter Ajay Ashar reiterated the demand for according industry status to the real estate and also reduction in the GST rates for the housing industry.
He said that the three things that have adversely affected the industry were demonetization, GST and RERA. This also pinches the home buyer he said.
The situation was returning to normalcy in Mumbai and Thane after the big turnaround due to the changed circumstances arising out of the policies.
