Big FM Announces Foray into Real Estate with Launch of New Brand ‘Big FM Realty’; Eyes Revenue Potential of Rs. 1,200 Cr From its Flagship Bahraich Project

The company targets cumulative revenues of Rs. 3,500–4,000 crore over the next three years.

Lucknow, March 04, 2026: In a strategic diversification initiative, Big FM, the iconic radio network under Reliance Broadcast Network Limited, has officially announced its entry into the Indian real estate sector with the launch of its new vertical, Big FM Realty. Backed by robust financial resources and a clear expansion roadmap, the company has set an ambitious revenue target of Rs. 3,500–4,000 crore over the next three years and plans to scale across strategic locations.

As its first flagship initiative, the company has acquired an expansive land parcel of approximately 80 acres on the Lucknow–Bahraich Road in Bahraich, Uttar Pradesh. The development is projected to generate an estimated Rs. 1,200 crore in revenue, reflecting both the growth potential of the region and the company’s strategic confidence in emerging corridors.

The project stands to benefit from rapidly improving regional infrastructure, including the ongoing four-laning of NH-927, which is expected to significantly enhance connectivity between Lucknow and the Nepal border, reduce travel time from nearly two hours to approximately one hour between Lucknow and Bahraich, and catalyze economic and commercial activity in the region. With Bahraich emerging as a high-potential growth corridor witnessing rising demand for modern residential and commercial spaces, the location offers substantial untapped potential, making it an ideal launchpad for Big FM Realty’s long-term ambitions.
