Festive season is the ideal time to buy a home?

The festive season is considered as an auspicious time to buy property in India, as many of the builders/developers come out with a range of exciting offers to tap the potential homebuyers. However, the notion that it’s the ideal occasion to buy might not be the case for all homebuyers alike, as preferences vary. The homebuyers shouldn’t be swayed by offers only during the festive season, as many of the builders also launch some of their best projects that come with prominent location, amenities and social infrastructure during the off-festive season. Hence, it’s in the interest of the homebuyers to do their due-diligence and ascertain for themselves if the project meets their requirements. A case in point, is that some of our best projects like ‘Sumadhura Eden Garden’ and ‘SumadhuraNandanam’ have been in-fact launched during the off-festive period.
