Noida, Oct 16, 2015: Prateek Group announced a bouquet of offers this festive season for their home-seekers making it easier for them to own a dream home of their choice. The offers are valid for its different projects namely Prateek Stylome, Grand Paeonia, Grand Carnesia, Prateek Edifice, Prateek Laurel and Prateek Wisteria. In all these projects, customers will get a complementary gold coin on every booking.

In their premium housing project, Prateek Stylome which is located in Sector 45, Noida, the group is offering bouquet of offers depending on the size of unit customer is booking. Different sized units will carry different options with them. Various options such as free stamp duty, free club membership and free power backup of up to 5KVA will depend on the dimension of unit customer will choose.

The group has come up with innovative offers in their two projects, Grand Paeonia and Grand Carnesia, both of which are a part of 40 acres integrated township Prateek Grand City, located at Siddhartha Vihar next to Indirapuram, on NH – 24. The group is offering subvention scheme for 30 months in Grand Paeonia and subvention scheme for 24 months in Grand Carnesia. In both the projects, home-buyers will also get free gift vouchers upto Rs 1 lakh. In another project Prateek Edifice which is located in Sector 107, Noida, group has come up with an offer where customers can pay 10% now and no EMI till possession.
