Smart Value Homes Limited forays into Bengaluru

Smart Value Homes Limited (SVHL), 100% subsidiary of Tata Housing Development Company Limited, India’s fastest growing pan-India real estate developer today announced its foray into Bengaluru with the launch of its landmark affordable housing brand – New Haven, which is aimed to be the first green township, Off. Tumkur Road – one of the city’s fastest developing corridors. The project offers over 1800, 2 & 3 BHK’ apartments priced from Rs. 20 lakhs onwards in 11 to 15 storeyed towers.

New Haven, Bengaluru is the fourth project of Smart Value Homes under the brand name. The first New Haven was unveiled in Boisar and later at Vasind (both near Mumbai, Maharashtra) and early this year in Ahmedabad.

The project offers all the amenities essential for modern day living – swimming pool, well-equipped gymnasium, retail shopping facilities and indoor games room. The project will follow an integrated sustainable township approach and is conceptualized and developed with a vision to create a positive ecosystem for the neighborhood and the community. 

The association of New Haven, Bengaluru with nature begins with the master design layout itself, where the network of buildings is reminiscent of inter-connected staggering organic tree branches. In elevation view, the towers gives a stepped terraced formation, recalls the European medieval town.

The parent company Tata Housing has already established its presence in Bengaluru and some of its noteworthy projects are Xylem – Bengaluru’s first LEED certified IT park, Aquila Heights -Bangalore’s tallest residential address and The Promont – hilltop luxury residences.
