Ghaziabad, July 29, 2018: SCC Builders Pvt. Ltd, a Ghaziabad based realty player has been selected to develop affordable housing projects which would also comprise of EWS houses at Rajnagar Extension with a total investment of Rs 300 crores.
The project which would be developed at Rajnagar Extension, Ghaziabad will have a total area of approximately 4.5 acres and will have around 300 EWS units and around 650-800 affordable units. The project would comprise of 5 residential towers along with a commercial tower which would also have a boutique nursing home and a primary school with all amenities and facilities. The investment would be driven by promoters contribution and bank funding.
