9 new launches at Brigade Showcase 2018, the 11th edition of Brigade’s annual property exhibition

Bengaluru, July 29, 2018: Brigade, one of India’s leading developers headquartered in Bengaluru, announced 9 new launches on the first day of  Brigade Showcase 2018, the 11th edition of Brigade’s annual property exhibition today.

The nine new launches include 4 residential projects, 3 commercial projects and                  2 customer- centric initiatives. The residential projects are Brigade Woods, Brigade Buena Vista – Phase 2, Parkside East by Brigade & Parkside West by Brigade. Inspired by the success of Parkside @ Brigade Orchards in Devanahalli, Brigade is expanding the Parkside brand with multiple ‘Independent Living for Seniors’ projects across Bengaluru. The commercial projects include Arcade @ Brigade Orchards, Brigade Southfield, and Brigade Senate -1.

The two customer-centric initiatives are the Brigade + Easy Home packages, which will ease ones transition into their new Brigade home and One Brigade, a unique loyalty app spanning the hospitality, retail and real estate categories.

Apart from the new launches, the event which is open till July 29, 2018 will feature ready-to-move-in and ongoing projects across 6 cities in South India. Customers may choose from over 30 projects starting from ₹34 Lakhs, all under one roof.
