The best way to save cost while constructing houses is to have a well-equipped plan and budget in place. Work with your contractor to source the appropriate supplies at lower prices which include locally available cement, bricks, etc.   Choice of design plays a main role when the cost is considered therefore choosing a stock design is preferable. Usage of vinyl flooring instead of other tiles or marble flooring can help minimize the cost, also using GFRG (Glass fiber reinforced gypsum) save construction cost up to 20 – 30%. The depth of the house should be 30 feet low, followed by an adaptation of modern technology because of its accuracy. Most importantly negotiate with various stakeholders for discounts while purchasing supplies in bulk.
