SANGHVI PARRSSSVA GROUP &‘Seema Sanghvi Welfare Foundation’makes a high impact launch in the City!

Mumbai, April 16, 2018:Real estate buyers in India are often wary and trust very few names with their life’s savings and long-cherished dreams of owning a home. Top among these names in Mumbai, is the 3-decade oldSanghvi Group of Companies. At a well-attended get-together held at Hotel St. Regis today, the legacy of Sanghvi Group unveiled their Brand – SANGHVI PARRSSSVA. The Company also inaugurated the ‘Seema Sanghvi Welfare Foundation’ and announced a series of social causes that they would support throughout their new journey. The Brand logo was unveiled by Mr. Ramesh Sanghvi, Chairman & Managing Director of the SanghviParrsssva Group along with Actress and former Ms. Universe Sushmita Sen. The evening also saw the felicitation of Lt. Swati Mahadik, an inspiring example of grit and courage for all Indian’s. Also marking their debut in the real estate fraternity were the Sanghvi Group’s GenNext,                  Vama&PrarthanaSanghvi who’s speeches received an enthralling applaud.

The Sanghvi Group, always in line with the times, revamped its branding with a sparkling new legacySANGHVI PARRSSSVA logo that represents both, its legacy as well as promising future. The group also unveiled the ‘Seema Sanghvi Welfare Foundation’, an ode to the memory of the late Seema Sanghvi, the sister of the Chairman & Managing Director who held the cause of girl education very close to her heart. The trust will sponsor a series of social causes beginning with the education of daughters of martyred soldiers.

The highlight of the evening was the felicitation of Lt. Swati Mahadik, who was commissioned into the Army in late 2017. Ms. Mahadik is the brave wife of late Colonel Santosh Mahadik who was martyred in 2015 and was posthumously conferred with the Shaurya Chakra for his bravery. Ms. Swati rose above her circumstances and joined the army, bringing pride not just to her two children and family, but the entire nation.

We’re also honored to have two brave women with us today, Ms. Mahadik and Ms. Sen, who stand for everything the group is trying to achieve – resilience, individuality and the courage to stand out.”

The event was hosted by popular RJ Karan Singh Rathore who kept the gathering entertained through the evening. Later, the invitees exchanged notes and words over refreshments. RBI Holds Repo Rate at 5.25%; Realty Industry Sees Stability as Growth Driver The Reserve Bank of India’s (RBI) decision to maintain the repo rate at 5.25% and retain its ‘neutral’ monetary policy stance in the third bi-monthly Monetary Policy Committee (MPC) meeting of FY27 has elicited a measured response from the real estate industry. While the sector had hoped for a rate cut to further enhance home loan affordability and stimulate housing demand, industry leaders believe the RBI’s decision reflects a balanced approach amid elevated global uncertainties, volatile energy prices, and inflationary concerns. They noted that stable interest rates will continue to support buyer confidence, provide financial predictability for developers, and sustain the momentum witnessed in the residential real estate market. Mr. Kamlesh Thakur, President, NAREDCO Maharashtra “The RBI’s decision to maintain the repo rate at 5.25% while retaining a neutral stance reflects a prudent approach amid global uncertainties and evolving inflation dynamics. While the industry was hopeful of a rate cut, policy stability itself provides confidence to both developers and homebuyers. With borrowing costs remaining unchanged, housing demand is expected to continue its momentum, particularly in the mid-income and premium segments. The upward revision of India’s GDP growth projection to 6.7% underscores the resilience of the domestic economy. Going forward, as inflation moderates in line with the RBI’s expectations, there could be room for a more accommodative monetary policy.
