New Delhi, October 08, 2026: Edelweiss Alternatives and Japan Expressway International Co., Ltd. (“JEXWAY”), a leading infrastructure investment and management company backed by Japan’s major expressway companies have entered into an arrangement for the exchange of global practices and expertise to develop and implement effective solutions for the management of highway and transport assets across both Japan and India.
This arrangement comprises two complementary pillars: a high-conviction capital investment by JEXWAY in Citius TransNet Investment Trust (“Citius TransNet”), managed by EAAA TransInfra Managers Limited, and exchanging technical services with Sekura India Management Limited (“SEKURA”), an asset operating and management platform of Edelweiss Alternatives.
SEKURA and JEXWAY would engage in a structured, long-term arrangement to facilitate two-way exchange of advanced technical solutions and operational practices across highway and transport assets. This exchange will combine JEXWAY’s extensive experience in operating some of the world’s most advanced expressway networks with SEKURA’S operating capabilities of infrastructure assets in India.
