Our Company was incorporated in the year 1961 by Dr. R N Shetty as a contracting firm. With his incisive mind and pursuit for excellence, the Company has grown in leaps and bounds and successfully executed many landmark infrastructure projects like dams, highways, bridges, tunnels and power houses under his able guidance.

Today RNS Group has diverse interests in construction, properties, automobiles, manufacture, power, hospitality and education.

Our charitable Trusts have made a constant endeavour to provide quality education and healthcare to the masses, as well as religious activities. Dr. R.N. Shetty has extensively renovated the MhatobarMurudeshwar Temple of mythological fame at Murudeshwar. The temple is located on a picturesque island in the Arabian Sea and attracts pilgrims and tourists from all over the Country and abroad.

In 2006, RNS Infrastructure made its foray into the real estate sector with the launch of RNS Shanthinivas, its maiden Apartment project which was well received in the market.
