Pune’s Real Estate Developer and Builder, Mantra Group Delivers ‘Mantra Montana Phase’ 18 Months Prior to the Committed Date

India, June 15, 2022: With the implementation of RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Act), real estate developers are tightening their grip on meeting the deadlines on time. Mantra Group, Pune’s top real estate developer and builder, has maintained its repute in this regard and managed to deliver its brand-new project, ‘Mantra Montana Phase’, 18 months in advance of the committed date.

The project, which is sited in Pune’s Dhanori area, involved bungalows & row houses and was scheduled to be delivered in 2024. However, having fast-tracked the plan saved the project from unexpected delays, despite the slowdown caused due to the pandemic that stalled several other projects across the country.

As part of the handover, Mantra Group also organized an intimate ‘Griha Pravesh’ pooja for all the owners. The customer-focused event was held on Tuesday, 3^rd May 2022, and witnessed the presence of all the happy families.
