Omaxe’s ‘The Lake’ Adjudged the Best Residential Project of North India at the Estates Award 2019

New Delhi, August 23, 2019: Omaxe’s luxury project The Lake located in Omaxe New Chandigarh has been adjudged as the Residential Project of the Year (North) at the Estate Awards 2019 organised by Franchise India in New Delhi recently.

Mr. Mohit Goel, CEO, Omaxe Ltd. received the award on behalf of the company where he thanked all the stakeholders for their unflinching support.

Water based theme project, The Lake is located at a 10 minutes’ drive from Chandigarh City and is spread across 25 acres. The project has 16 towers comprising of a total of 1344 1/2/3/4 BHK units of size ranging from 950- 4850 sq. ft. The project is nearing possession.
