NBCC Conducts 22nd Auction Sale For Unsold Commercial Inventory In World Trade Centre, New Delhi

New Delhi, December 18,  2023 :   NBCC (India) Limited conducted 22nd auction for the sale of commercial space in the World Trade Centre, Nauroji Nagar, New Delhi. The Company has sold a total unsold commercial inventory of 2.23 lakh sq. ft. (approx.) having sale value of Rs. 905.01 crore, out of which 0.43 lakh sq.ft. area having sale value of Rs. 191.84 crore has been sold to private entities.

Further, as on date, the company has sold a total unsold commercial inventory of 23.92 lakh sq.ft. through open e-auction having sale value of Rs. 9656.62 crore.

Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA), Government of India has appointed NBCC (India) Ltd, a Navratna, Govt. of India Enterprise, as implementing agency for re-development of Nauroji Nagar, New Delhi. NBCC is authorized to market the commercial space on freehold basis.
