Mana Projects Wins Asia Pacific Property Awards – “Residential Development India” For Mana Tropicale in Bangalore

Banglore, July 08, 2017: The International Property Awards, which recognizes and rewards the finest of property and architecture in the world, held a high-profile gala presentation dinner at The Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park Bangkok where the announcement was made that Mana Projects had won an Asia Pacific Property Award for Residential Development India for its Mana Tropicale. Hundreds of entries from the Asia Pacific region were scrutinized by the judging committee, which comprised over 70 global experts and was chaired by three members of the UK’s House of Lords.

Winning of this award is an indisputable evidence of ‘Mana Projects’ ability in beating some exceedingly strong contenders within the highly competitive national property arena. ‘Mana Tropicale’ is an initiative to reverse the stereotype prevalent in the real estate industry in India and an answer to the issue of the lost proximity to nature, in urban Bangalore. This project is designed to prove that a shelter can co-exist harmoniously within its natural landscape; complementing each other. It is developed around the concept of ” living close to the nature’ whereby the entire living space is designed around the needs of the residents. Nature and design have been two of the keystones in ensuring that it is delivered on this promise. Tropicale is one of the few Indian projects to integrate nature so extensively that the project is built around a beautiful central spine of 50ft upwards of tropical trees.

Kishore Reddy, CMD of Mana Project Pvt. Ltd said just after receiving this international award ” Building quality nature friendly residences for people is a huge responsibility and we endeavor to fulfill this duty with emphasis on efficiency and reliability in operations and focus on imaginative engineering. The hallmark of MANA is the perfect balance between comfort, convenience and the natural environment. We are committed to blend these three things into MANA TROPICALE which is an exclusive collection of apartments built around tropical tress with tree hugging balconies and private backyard gardens”. He further stated that home and environment are two sides of the same coin. If we can not sustain environment we cannot sustain ourselves. Tropicale is a by product of this philosophy rooted at the heart of everyone at MANA.
