Expected GST rate cut on under construction homes in the next GST council meet – Arjunpreet Singh Sahni, Executive Director, Solitaire Group

New Delhi, December 25, 2018: “It’s heartening that the government has finally recognised the issues faced by the real estate sector which has been in a dire need of a long term strategy for delivering affordable homes. If the GST council reduces the GST rate on under construction homes to 5% it will be a great support to the industry as well as the government’s Housing for All by 2022 mission.”
