Exclusive commercial spaces in WTC Noida, WTC Chandigarh & WTCGIFT City up for grabs through online bidding on Magicbricks

• E-auction will take place on May 5, 11am-5pm, registrations open till May 4
• Size of the commercial units range from 230sqft to 5750 sqft

Noida, May 09, 2018: To celebrate the 50^th anniversary of the World Trade Center Association (WTCA), World Trade Centerspresent in Noida, Chandigarh and GIFT City in an industry first-move will be using the Magicbricks platform for online bidding of exclusive commercial spaces across the three key projects on May 5, 2018.

The commercial spaces will be available through online bidding on wtc.magicbricks.com. Consumers can register for the online bidding till May 4, 2018by paying an earnest money of just Rs. 2000 for single unit and Rs 5000 for multiple units. The size of the commercial units range from 230 sqft to 5705 sqftand the base price fromRs. 12 lakhs to Rs.3.7crore. WTC Noida, WTC Chandigarh and WTC Gift City (Gujarat) are all promoted by WTC Noida Development Company Pvt Ltd, the preferred partner of WTCA in India.
