Developers in the region are comfortable due to RERA regulations: HRERA Chairman

Gurugram, November 19, 2021: India’s leading real estate conclave, Realty Connect Conclave (RCC) 2021 recently concluded at the heart of Gurugram. The national event was exclusively supported and sponsored by leading real estate consultancy firm Rise Infraventures Limited and curated and organised by country’s leading PR & Communication firm, ICCPL. The evening at a luxurious 5 star hotel in the millenium city saw participation of hundreds of people including real estate experts, developers, IPCs, media honchos and bankers; the event was live online where thousands of people attended to get benefit from the expert advises on real estate buying & selling.

Talking during the inaugural session, Dr KK Khandelwal – Chairman, HRERA, highlighted the importance of RERA, and said, “The channel partners of Gurugram region are the prime examples of how responsibly the rules should be followed and RERA will safeguared the interests of the consumers.”

Without diluting the requirements of the developers & builders, RERA has speeded the registration process and assures 24-hour registration if the developer or builder meets the guidelines. At present the developers in the region are comfortable due to RERA regulations,” Dr Khandelwal said. He added that post-COVID, the market sentiments have seen a massive growth and investors/budding entrepreneurs can now afford official spaces in affordable price bracket.

Amid the presence of hundreds of attendees, Sachin Gawri, founder and CEO, Rise Infraventures Limited, highlighted the importance of events like RCC 2021. He said, “As the market is getting the required push after being affected by the unprecedented situation, the need has risen to deliberate on aspects that could ensure unhindered progress. So, RCC 2021 was modelled so that all the stakeholders could share experiences to help the sector prosper.”

Other dignitaries present at the conference included Mr. Shalin Raina – MD, Residential, Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Varun Kohli – Group CEO, ITV network, Mr. Vinod Behl – Renowned Journalist , Mr. Mudassir Zaidi – ED, North, Knight Frank, and renowned Author & CEO – Bharatiya Urban, Mr Ashwinder R. Singh.
