Dr Niranjan Hiranandani, President ASSOCHAM shared on the announcement of this initiative “Prior to the ongoing pandemic of COVID19, the real estate fundamentals were strong with leasing activity, launch of new projects, available capital and strong market demand. Due to the pandemic COVID19, Real Estate sector is also impacted badly. Migration of labour to their hometowns due to lack of work also had its impact on economy and have affected sentiments in real estate. However, due to recent re-opening of the economy, Realty sector has also started a process of revival.”

I strongly believe this sector has the potential to produce a lot of jobs and provide necessary impetus to our economy.”
