The Asia Pacific Property Awards are part of the International Property Awards,which are now in their 25^th year and are open to residential and commercial property professionals from around the globe. They celebrate the highest levels of achievement by companies operating within the architecture, interior design, real estate and property developer sectors. The awards are judged by an independent panel of over 80 industry experts, chaired by four UK Lords.

Covering 48 different residential and commercial categories, regional heats are staged for Asia Pacific, Arabia, Europe, Africa, Canada, Central & South America, the Caribbean, USA and the UK. These will be celebrated at gala presentation events in Bangkok, Dubai, London and Toronto during the course of the year. The top winners in each region will automatically be entered in to the overall international awards, culminating in a glittering awards ceremony, held at the Savoy Hotel London on the 3^rd December.

The awards will also play host to the IPAX Asia Pacific Property Expo, a free, open networking event and property exhibition aimed at key property industry professionals and attended by many major decision makers within the property industry.
