New Delhi, August 03, 2018: Ajmera Group, one of India’s leading real estate conglomerates, has received a ‘Gold’ rating for their residential property Ajmera Zeon at Wadala, Mumbai. The widely recognised Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) which is a part of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) has awarded the company under the IGBC Green Homes Rating Programme. The report is determined by categories such as site selection, planning, water efficiency, energy efficiency, materials, indoor environmental quality, and innovation and design process as defined by the IGBC.
Commenting on the occasion, Director of Ajmera Group, Mr. Dhaval Ajmera said “Zeon is one of the many projects by us that has been awarded with the coveted gold rating. We are committed to developing more such projects which are in-sync with sustainability and are environment friendly”.
