New Delhi, April 21, 2017: Gurgaon’s real estate market has started showing signs of revival with M3M Group delivering its five key projects post demonetization. PM Modi’s demonetization move which was expected to curb black money also resulted in the slowdown of the real estate sector. But now the scenario is changing as M3M, one of the leaders in luxury segment has started to deliver key projects within a short span of time post demonetization. M3M Group has delivered five of its projects from November 2016 till April 2017. The delivery started with its commercial projects M3M Cosmopolitan in November 2016 and later M3M Urbana (commercial) in February 2017. Now, two of the Group’s signature residential projects in the luxury segment, M3M Golf Estate and M3M Merlin have been delivered. M3M Woodshire, another residential project is slated for delivery next week. The expected sales revenue from these projects is Rs. 7500 crores.

M3M Cosmopolitan :
· The Group delivered M3M Cosmopolitan (Sector 66, Gurugram) – first hi-street retail hub on Golf Course Road Extension in November 2016.
· M3M Cosmopolitan, ~ 3 acres of mixed-use development project, is the only high-street retail project on Golf Course Road Extension.
