Mumbai, September 16, 2015: The Real Estate Management Institute ^TM (REMI) launches 5 Certificate Programs for students aspiring to enter the real estate industry and 6 Executive Courses specially designed for real estate professionals. These real estate courses are offered in collaboration with The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM^TM) in the USA – a leading provider of real estate education globally. The courses will initially be available at REMI’s branches in Mumbai & Thane.

The Real Estate industry in India is slated to grow to $180 Billion by 2020. [1] The growing population, overall economic growth of the country, rising income levels and increased foreign investment, has led to a heightened need for improved infrastructure across urban, semi-urban and rural India. The government’s impetus to boost urban development and infrastructure, such as the addition of 25 million homes and 100 smart cities by 2022, has further enhanced the growth of the real estate and ancillary services sector.
