Y-Combinator-backed 91Squarefeet Plans to Hire 500 Project Managers and 100 Architects in 2024-25

New Delhi, December 23, 2023: 91Squarefeet, a leading commercial fit-out company backed by Y-Combinator, is gearing up for substantial expansion as it sets ambitious hiring goals for the upcoming year, 2024-2025. The company plans to recruit 500 Project Managers (PMs) and 100 architects in the next 12 months, targeting potential talent for its Delhi, Mumbai, Pune and Chennai office.

The startup has recently recruited talent from top-tier universities such as IIT Roorkee, IIM Mumbai, IIM Indore, Amity RICS through campus placements. It is actively seeking to expand its team by hiring this January, from both top-tier and grassroots universities like, School of Planning and Architecture-Delhi, NICMAR-Pune, and NICMAR hyderabad. 91Squarefeet is committed to continuously upskilling its workforce with the latest technologies, ensuring that their work remains future-proof, and delivering the highest standards in architectural services to clients.

As part of its strategic vision for 2024, 91Squarefeet aims to significantly bolster its talent pool. Currently consisting of 150 PMs and 30 architects internally, the company plans to scale its workforce to meet the demands of its expanding operations.

This hiring drive aligns with 91Squarefeet’s commitment to staying ahead in the industry by focusing on technology innovation in project management and skill development. The company’s average turnaround time for a 10,000 sqft office fit-out is an impressive 45 days, setting it apart in an industry where the standard is around 75 days.

Founded in 2019 by visionary entrepreneurs Amit Bansal, Amit Mishra, and Puneet Bansal,

have successfully delivered over 1100 projects, making the company a key player in the commercial fit-out space. 91Squarefeet has recently expanded in four major cities of India  Pune, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, and Chennai. With a growth rate of 300% year-on-year for the past three years, the company will reach its FY 24′ projected revenue mark of INR 130 Cr in January, making it the fastest design and build company in the country. This strategic hiring initiative by 91Squarefeet aims to further reshape the commercial fit-out space, delivering exceptional solutions to an even broader audience.
